Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (no weekends/holidays), rates are shown at checkout with Standard (3–5 business days) and Express (1–2 business days), they ship to PO Boxes, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.

We currently ship only to Australia and New Zealand, and any customs, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Mini Mascot accepts change-of-mind returns for items in saleable condition with tags attached; customised items aren’t eligible. To start a return, email hero@minimascot.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request authorisation.

After approval, send the item to Mini Mascot Returns, 13 Jaybel St, Salisbury QLD 4107, Australia within 30 days; customers cover return shipping and a trackable service is recommended. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and verified.
