Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mini Mascot. If you change your mind about an item, you may return it, provided that the item is in salable condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hero@minimascot.com.au to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Once you have received your return authorisation, please return the item to the following address within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in salable condition with tags attached, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
